Life Grid processes the Google account identity returned during sign-in, such as your account identifier and basic account information supplied by Google. It also processes the workspace data you choose to enter, including tasks, habits, notes, health entries, budget information, goals, links, and preferences.

How information is used

Your account identity is used to authenticate you and associate your dashboard with your account. Workspace data is used only to display, calculate, and synchronize the features you use, such as task completion, progress, budgeting, and goal tracking.

Storage and service providers

Life Grid uses Google Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in and Cloud Firestore to store and synchronize dashboard state. Data is stored in the Firebase project configured for this deployment and is intended to be accessible only to the authenticated account associated with it.

Life Grid may also store up to three recent full workspace recovery versions in your browser's local storage. These versions are specific to that browser and device and may be removed if you clear site data, use private browsing, or your browser clears storage.

Sharing and tracking

Life Grid does not include advertising, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics. It does not sell workspace data. Data may be processed by Firebase and Google solely to provide authentication and cloud storage services.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account and its associated Firestore document exist. Deleting your account requires Google reauthentication and removes the associated Firestore dashboard document and cloud safety backup before the authentication account is deleted. Browser-local recovery versions are not sent to the service and can be removed through your browser's site-data controls.

Backups and synchronization

Life Grid offers exportable snapshots, a cloud safety backup, and recent browser-local recovery versions to help protect workspace data. These safeguards are not a guarantee against data loss. Keep an independent copy of information that is important to you and export snapshots regularly.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data associated with your account. You may also object to certain processing where that right applies.

Life Grid provides authenticated account deletion. A public deployment should publish a support contact so the operator can handle privacy requests that cannot be completed through the available controls, including any applicable response deadlines.

Life Grid does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to know and delete personal information.

Security

Life Grid uses authenticated access and Firebase services, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Google account and avoid entering information that you would not want stored in a cloud workspace.
